How to Make Garlic Shrimp Toast:
Prep the Bread: Cut off the crusts of the toast (don’t throw them away—you can turn them into crispy garlic toast sticks!).
Mix the Shrimp Paste: Combine 120g of shrimp paste with the right amount of sweet corn.
Add the Cheese: Cut the cheese slice into quarters, stack them, and then cut them into smaller cubes.
Spread the Shrimp: Spread a layer of shrimp paste on the toast, placing the cheese cubes in the center.
Cover it Up: Add another layer of shrimp paste to fully cover the cheese and top it off with another slice of toast.
Season and Bake: Smooth out the edges, place the toast on a baking tray, and brush the surface with butter, chopped green onions, and garlic.
Don’t Waste the Crusts: Brush the bread crusts with butter, garlic, and green onions, and bake them alongside the shrimp toast.
First Bake: Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the garlic toast sticks.
Final Bake: Continue baking the shrimp toast for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy!
Voila! 🧄✨ Crispy Garlic Shrimp Toast is Ready! ❤️
